Yes, as a customer you always have 14 days to return. We do follow the distance selling regulations.
You should enclose the original packaging and the shoes cannot be used when returned. Fill in the return slip provided with your goods and send your parcel to the address below. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. However for defective or incorrect products, please contact customer service who will arrange a free return for you.

If you have received both an order confirmation email and a delivery email, please check your tracking number on www.ups.com. If you have not received both the emails mentioned above or cannot find your tracking number on the ups website, please contact customer service.

It depends on the particular item. If it is a product that comes from our regular range it is most likely that it will be re-stocked.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within the same day or the next working day, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
